About Us

Aliso Canyon Honey is dedicated to bringing you natural products. We avoid areas where toxins are used. All of our honey products are hand harvested. Honeys are hand-extracted, bottled, and labeled. The wax for our natural beeswax bars are hand-heated and molded. Aliso Canyon Honey uses Maxant stainless steel, the finest bee keeping equipment in uncapping, spinning, extracting, settling and bottling.

We promote beekeeping through television and radio interviews, through demonstrations, and through beekeeping classes at Saddleback and Irvine Valley Colleges.

We invite inquiries regarding our products and the honey industry. If we don't have an immediate answer, we'll try to find one. Thank you for supporting a small business like Aliso Canyon Honey. In a time of more and more mergers and fewer and fewer family businesses, we appreciate people like you who like things done by hand by people they know.

About Our Honey

You may have noticed that our labels are color coded: terra green for wildflower, orbit orange for orange blossom, solar yellow for sage, galaxy gold for buckwheat and mint green for alfalfa.

You may have also noticed the difference in the colors of the honey themselves: when you compare two flavors of Aliso Canyon honey, you'll notice two colors, and two distinctive tastes for each. Because we do not blend our honey, the honey itself reflects the color and flavor associated with each honey's nectar source.
